2.   You get a logon dialog but after you enter your user name and password your browser displays "You are not authorized to view this page"

If you get this message after you have entered your user name and password and clicked the OK button, your user name and/or password have been refused.

This may be caused by one of the following reasons:

·         It has only been a few seconds since you first registered. Please wait up to 15 minutes before attempting to log on with your new user name and password.

·         You are attempting to log on using an invalid user name or domain name. If a Domain field is displayed in the login dialog, enter GLOBAL in it. If there is no Domain field, you may have to type GLOBAL\ before your user name, as in GLOBAL\User name.

·         You are attempting to log on to a wrong URL. Make sure you are trying to log on to: http://extranet.e-globalcom.net/client/default.asp.

·         You are not using the correct password or entering it in the wrong case. Pay special attention to UPPER/lower case letters: the passwords abcd1234 and Abcd1234 are not the same. Your password always contains four lowercase characters followed by four numbers. Also watch 0's and l's: the letter O is rounder than the number zero (0), which is more oval; and the lower case l should not be confused with the number 1. Also check to make sure your CAPS LOCK key isn’t set and your NUM LOCK is.
