3.   You get a logon dialog but after you enter your user name and password a new dialog pops up saying "You  don't have access to this area"

This message implies that our system did recognize your user name and password, but that there is an authentication problem with your account. The only thing for you to do is to contact us at it@e-globalcom.net so we can look into the problem.
