Chapter 2: Getting Started with the E-globalcom.net Web Portal

As a registered user you can log in on our password-protected web portal. If you don't yet have a username or password to enter our web portal, please refer to chapter 3 (Unregistered Users).

Go to http://www.e-globalcom.net and click the Enter Portal button (with our company logo) (see Illustration 11).

A login window appears for your username and password (see Illustration 12). The window might look different depending on your operating system.

Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields. Please note that the characters of your password are CaSe SENsitIvE. When you have filled out all the fields, click OK.

 Note
Depending on how your PC is configured, you may also have to specify a Domain. If so, type E-GLOBALCOM in the Domain field, or type E-GLOBALCOM\ before your username.

When you log in, the first thing you see is the status page of your company (see Illustration 13).

If your status page appears in French or Dutch rather than English, you can have your portal profile modified by an administrator. Contact us if you need help.
